One of the most diverse places to visit has to be Portland, Oregon. Where else can you find mountains, forests, rivers, gardens, skiing, camping, and the beach all fairly close together?

Thats one reason why we prefer to vacation there. We book our car rental far ahead of time for those great prices and take off the moment we land there. We enjoy hiking up Multnomah Falls and looking down at that waterfall. Excellent photo taking there as well. We always also sail to the coast and drive along Hwy 101. There is nothing quite like the Oregon Coastline. We opt for the unlimited mileage on our car rental and we really enjoy our travels.
